We aim to provide a great experience every time, but even we can experience the off day occasionally. The best way to guarantee a great experience is to review our shipping guidelines and keep them in mind when placing orders.

Shipping Accuracy Check your addresses carefully! Our delivery guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. We cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery service has to reroute. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order acknowledgement.
No weekend deliveries available. Orders are shipped 1 or 2 Day Air or Ground, depending on your location. The order placing cut off is Wednesday at 1:00pm ET to receive delivery the same week. Deliveries are made Tuesdays through Fridays only, no exceptions.
No P.O. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO or International addresses.
Refunds and Replacements Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 48 hours from receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, and we can only offer one replacement per consumer.
Ordering Policy Orders can ONLY be placed on our site 7 days a week via meshaskitchen.com. Please expect delays during major holidays. For security purposes we do not accept order information via email.
Cancellation policy or change of order Any change in order including cancellations must be communicated to us before 1pm ET the same business day. If outside of this timeline, we cannot guarantee the change or cancellation.
Handling and Freshness All products shipped from Mesha's Kitchen are shipped frozen from our warehouse.
Please choose 1 day shipping to ensure your order arrives at the best temperature.
SHIPPING INFO
We ship 1 to 2 Day UPS or FedEx, and therefore, cannot ship to PO Boxes. Our shipments leave our fulfillment centers frozen to preserve the freshness and should be placed in your freezer immediately upon receipt or thaw the amount you can consume within a 7 day period. Some thawing may occur during transit. Products ship Monday-Thursday, and are delivered Tuesday-Saturday.
Please note: Our items are NOT shipped in retail packaging. They are shipped in temperature controlled bags to keep cost low.
We ship to the United States only, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. We currently do not ship to Canada.
Same week delivery:
- 1-2 day shipping: Please have your orders in by 1:00 pm ET Thursday for same week delivery.
NOTE: All orders placed after the deadlines above will be shipped the following week.
Transit time: All products are shipped using 1 to 2 Day UPS or FedEx. We are unable to modify shipping method or carrier.
Note: If you purchase a large amount of fruit flavored Seamoss it is best to keep the extra products frozen to extend the life of the product. Fruit may spoil in the product after 7 days if not frozen.
